We’re on the hunt for a Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join a truly exciting sports tech company in Central London.
This role would suit a solid all-rounder in general accounts who has experience of purchase ledger activities, as your day-to-day responsibilities will range from data entry through to payment of invoices including reconciling sales against purchases, month end / year end reconciliations, credit control and more.

Our client partners many international elite sports clubs and premiership football clubs, so this role would definitely be suited to someone with a passion for tech and sports, although it is not a prerequisite.
They are offering a salary between £35k-£38k, hybrid and flexible working, daily subsidised lunch in the office, 24 days annual leave, plus BH, pension scheme and more bens and perks!
Key responsibilities as the Purchase Ledger will include:
- Matching invoices against POs
- Setting up monthly payment runs
- Updating cashflow on system
- Processing credit card expenditure
- Processing expense reports
- Chasing suppliers for missing invoices
- Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries or invoice discrepancies
- Running month end reports and reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Register

What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in a similar Purchase Ledger or general accounts role
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of purchase ledger activities
- Experienced in using accounting software (AIQ is advantageous)
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- IT literate with good MS Excel
- Ability to manage time and prioritise workload efficiently
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sports and tech is desirable
