CIS Security has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador representing CIS Security. The role involves delivering highâquality guarding and customer service at a 55,000âsqâft new build in Mayfair, London â a prestigious development completed in 2005 and still regarded as one of the city\âs prime office spaces.

Location: London (W1K)
Pay Rate: ÂŁ14.50 per hour
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Shifts: 4 On 4 Off â Nights
Job Requirements
SIA Licence required
SIA CCTV Licence required
5â Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year â advantage
Exâforces would be an advantage
Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and change shifts as operational needs dictate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding customer service at all times
Strong command of English and good IT skills
Reliable, responsible and punctual
Friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character
Take pride in appearance â immaculate presentation at all times
Adaptable to daily duties and additional onâsite events
First Aid qualification desirable
Confident in undertaking 100% of all specific duties
Provide all required documentation and vetting information promptly
Job Responsibilities
Deliver highâquality guarding and customer service to all customers and service users
Operate effectively both individually and as part of a team with a proactive approach
Remain calm under pressure and confident in confronting difficult situations
Physicallyahr ready for internal and external patrols, standing and walking throughout shifts
Confidently write incident and shift reports
Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous demeanour with appropriate body language eats
Efficiently manage visitors and staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
Use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms (many sites use different systems)
Write and reply to emails correctly and communicate clearly at all levelsŃŃвоннŃŃ
Exercise command and control and communicate effectively with peers and management
Understand and apply the Corporate Escalation Process â escalating and disseminating information promptly during emergencies or incidents
Perform opening/closing procedures, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering phone calls, and conducting emergency procedures
