Client:

  • Join a high-growth Personal Care Company as a Global Senior Brand Manager for their growing new innovation portfolio.
  • Over the past 15 years, this business has evolved into a globally recognised Personal Care brand, distributing its products in over 50 countries.
  • Take on a pivotal role where you will drive brand marketing activities across multiple categories and deliver strategic marketing direction in emerging marketing globally.
  • We are seeking a dynamic Global Senior Brand Manager to join this high-performing and passionate team.

Role: Global Senior Brand Manager

  • Fixed-term maternity cover leading brand activity across a growing adult care, on-the-go, and skin solutions portfolio.
  • Partner cross-functionally across NPD, insights, packaging, and commercial to drive performance across global markets.
  • Take ownership for global campaign and asset development, toolkit creation, and delivery of growth-aligned activation plans for the 2026 vision.
  • Represent marketing on global innovation teams, ensuring that new projects are insight-led, on-brand, and commercially viable.
  • Champion brand consistency and global relevance, working with category/shopper and regional marketing (EMEA & Americas) to adapt and localise plans.
  • Contribute to packaging innovation and promotional strategies for both new and heritage brand innovation portfolios.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-8 years\’ FMCG brand marketing experience with global or regional exposure.
  • Proven track record of developing brand campaigns and creative assets .
  • Experience leading innovation projects , ideally across multiple markets or regions.
  • Confident collaborating cross-functionally and influencing at a senior level.
  • Strong consumer insight mindset – experience working with insight/CI teams a plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing packaging, brand toolkits, and activation planning.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
