In this newly created role, you’ll have the chance to build something with lasting impact. You’ll drive the design of flexible, inclusive learning models, forge partnerships across industry and the public sector, and create pathways that help learners thrive in a rapidly changing world.
You’ll be at the forefront of Cardiff University’s shift toward provision that is flexible by default , helping us lead the way in meeting Welsh Government priorities and responding to evolving market demands.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and University Secretary, and working closely with colleagues across the institution, this role offers a unique platform to influence change — combining strategic leadership with a strong sense of social purpose.

With proven management capabilities, you’ll take ownership of responsibilities and consistently deliver results through efficient and solution-oriented approaches.
