Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student, fostering a love for learning in a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your key responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and delivering the National Curriculum in an innovative and inspiring way, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their best.

You will be responsible for assessing and tracking student progress and providing constructive feedback to help pupils improve and grow in their learning journey. Classroom management is essential, as you will need to create a safe and orderly space where students feel encouraged to participate and collaborate. Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress, as well as collaborating with colleagues and support staff to meet the needs of all learners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
