Your new role
As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be primarily involved in the effective management of single and/or multiple projects in the pre-construction stage, with a continued supporting role in project(s) as required by the business. You will liaise with the Pre-Construction Director and the overall team in respect of upcoming projects, assisting in overall planning and programme delivery.
You should have extensive experience in a Pre-construction focused or related role. Proficiency in Trimble/Amtech Estimating software is required. Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical installations is essential. You should have a Bachelor’s degree Level in Engineering or similar Discipline. An understanding of Health and Safety requirements is also necessary.
