Are you commercially driven with a great network and a passion for unlocking new business?
We’re working with a dynamic, well established experiential agency that’s looking for someone with hustle, charm, and a strategic mindset to drive growth, open doors, and build lasting client relationships .
This is a brand new hybrid role blending account leadership with business development . You’ll be hands-on, visible with clients, and central to both maintaining high delivery standards and driving new commercial opportunities. Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll take a lead in expanding the agency’s reach and deepening relationships with blue-chip clients.
The Role
They’re looking for a go-getter – someone confident and proactive, who brings a proven track record of pitching, leading, and delivering outstanding work in the experiential space. You’ll be:
- Leading the charge on new business outreach – proactively approaching both new and existing contacts
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
- Actively involved in new business meetings and pitches , helping shape the agency’s story and win work
- Working closely with the Managing Director, taking the lead on key new business elements
New Business & Client Growth
- Lead proactive outreach and build a pipeline of new opportunities
- Drive organic growth within existing accounts
- Shape and deliver compelling pitches that win work
- Work directly with senior leadership to define and execute business development strategy
Experiential & Account Direction
- Lead complex experiential campaigns from start to finish
- Strong ability to articulate the value of brand experience and its role within the strategic marketing mixEnsure seamless delivery across strategy, creative, ops, and production
- Maintain a high level of craft, detail, and client service throughout
Account & Project Management
- Manage multiple live work-streams without compromising quality
- Delegate efficiently and keep projects on time, on brief, and within scope
- Connect internal teams and resources to deliver effectively
- Confidently own the briefing process and support the team in delivering creative excellence
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior clients
- Understand the full scope of their brand, objectives, and challenges
- Understand your client’s business so that you are in the best possible position to advise, challenge and upsell
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking that connects creative ideas to business impact
- Be inquisitive about your clients and what else they’re up to. Understand which other agencies they work with and how the relationship is working.
- Instil confidence by showcasing your understanding of the client’s brand/business when “selling” the idea to them.
Finance & Commercial Oversight
- Manage scopes, fee negotiations, and profitability across projects
- Oversee accurate job setup, PO and invoice processes
- Maintain commercial discipline and financial visibility within the team
- Clear understanding of driving client account profitability, scoping and negotiating fees for projects and understanding feasibility.
- Support on delivering a target of 10% YOY organic growth

- Driven, energetic, and commercially savvy – not afraid to knock on doors
- Experienced in agency life
- Deep experience when it comes to pitching and presenting
- Someone who can bring (or build) a valuable contact base
- Strong understanding when it comes to knitting experiential into the broader aims of a marketing programme / campaign
- An excellent and well-rounded project/account manager with a 360 view of brand experience – planning, strategy, ops, staffing, production, finance
