Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Cheshire . They are looking for a Planning & Highway Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.
This is a 4-6 month contract with the potential to extend.
This role is on a hybrid basis with office attendance once every 2 weeks.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
- Umbrella – £50-£55ph depending on experience
- PAYE (Inc. Hol) – £44.48 – £48.87 depending on experience
Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:
- Maintain healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
- Carry out all work within the spirit and intention of equal opportunities and with a customer care focus
- Able to handle a high caseload in Planning Law from start to completion
About you as a Planning Solicitor:
- Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister
- Knowledge and experience of planning law
- Experience of Section 106 Agreements
