Senior HRBP – Consumer Brand –
Salary £80K + car allowance + 20% bonus
Full Time | London based | Hybrid – 3 days office
We’re working with a well-known, multi-brand global business in the consumer space that has an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to manage a team of HRBPs and work collaboratively with the Head of HR.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and brings real gravitas when partnering with senior stakeholders. You’ll lead and coach a team of HRBPs through change, embedding best-in-class partnering and developing a high-performing, connected people team.
There’s a healthy blend of strategy and hands-on delivery — from leading UK-wide people initiatives to driving org design, engagement, and performance across the business. Strong UK employment law knowledge is essential. The culture is transparent, inclusive, and values-driven, and the HR team has momentum behind it.
If you\’re CIPD qualified, have managed to HRBP level and are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a background in retail or consumer-facing sectors, a nurturing leadership style, and a strong sense of commerciality — this is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing, globally recognised business.
