We are hiring an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Architect / Lead Designer for a business-critical project within the banking sector. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable CRM solutions that support customer onboarding, loan origination, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for core banking processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable and regulatory-compliant CRM solutions.
- Design and configure custom entities, workflows, dashboards, and business process flows to streamline customer lifecycle and sales operations.
- Develop integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party applications using Azure Logic Apps and Power Platform.
- Ensure CRM solutions meet regulatory standards including SOX, GDPR, and BSA/AML, with robust data security and audit controls.
- Create architecture documentation and technical guidance for development teams, enforcing coding and delivery best practices.
- Optimise system performance, implement disaster recovery protocols, and manage data migration strategies to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and banking compliance trends.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or Lead Consultant, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Azure integration, and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of banking compliance, secure data handling, and architectural governance.
- Proven leadership in agile delivery environments.
