Now we’re scaling — and we need a Sales Director in London to help us grow our footprint across the UK/Europe.
The Mission
This is not a \”spray-and-pray\” sales job.
You’ll be engaging senior stakeholders — Heads of eFX, CIOs, Quant Leads, and CTOs — to understand how they price, route, hedge, and manage FX risk across spot, forwards, and NDFs. Your role: show them how our technology gives them an edge — then close the deal.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to negotiation — with tier 1–3 banks, hedge funds, and trading platforms
- Tailor solutions across eFX pricing, TCA, smart order routing, and risk analytics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trading, quant, and tech stakeholders
- Drive outbound pipeline while nurturing high-value inbound leads
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and client success teams to win and grow accounts
- Stay sharp on market structure, liquidity trends, and regulatory shifts (e.g. MiFID II, FX Global Code)
- Represent the brand at FX industry events and targeted client briefings
What You Bring
- 6–10+ years in eFX or capital markets technology sales , ideally with a SaaS product
- Strong domain knowledge of foreign exchange trading – you speak the language of LPs, aggregators, and algo desks
- A track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with banks, funds, or trading firms
- Confident navigating technical and commercial conversations with quant and ops teams alike
- Based in London
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for action — you\’re excited to build, not just manage
