You will have accrued credible investment banking training, have built up live transactional experience, have an outstanding education and be seeking a new environment – and this firm will represent an excellent option if you\’re seeking the opportunity to work with high calibre (and often retained) clients and to gain greater client and senior level exposure.
Key duties centre on:
- Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across multiple sectors
- Key involvement in the preparation of presentations for clients and regular interaction with them
- Playing an active role in the execution of mandates
- Attendance at meetings
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- M&A experience accrued within a credible investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group or country team
- Thorough financial analysis experience skills and ability to think commercially
- Extensive experience in preparing presentation materials and advanced financial modelling skills
- Oustanding academic credentials
- Enjoy working in a team and possessing excellent written and spoken communication skills
