Role Purpose:
A driven and passionate leader to drive operational performance across all regions, whilst embedding positive culture and structured working practices.
Tune in to our teams and monitor, mentor and motivate across a broad spectrum of skillsets, client typologies and geographical regions.
Spark joy by mentoring and guiding your teams to push themselves personally and professionally to achieve optimum results. Create space for creativity and growth within kitchens across the business.
Nail it by coming to work every day with the attitude to continually improve, change perceptions and push boundaries.
Focus and Responsibilities Overview:
- Management of regional teams and resource allocation.
- Align regional sites with client metrics and expectations and drive retention.
- Alignment to overall business GP and KPI metrics.
- Oversight of operational efficiency and delivery.
- Support sales and mobilisations team.
- Lead brand advocacy across the regional teams.
- Regional alignment to overall strategy and culture.
- Regional content delivery in line with company brand guidelines.
- Regional chef and relief team management.
- Responsibility of HSE and food standards across the regional teams.
- Support with special projects and react quickly to changing circumstances.
