Our leading UK law firm client is seeking a partner level candidate to join its highly regarded restructuring and insolvency team. This strategic appointment focuses on the non-contentious aspects of restructuring, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of the London practice.
The non-contentious restructuring team is known for its commercial and pragmatic approach to helping clients navigate financial challenges and strategic change. The team advises a wide range of stakeholders – including corporates, lenders, investors, and directors, on complex restructuring matters, distressed refinancing, turnaround strategies, and contingency planning.
The team works collaboratively across the firm’s corporate, banking, real estate, and employment practices, delivering integrated solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. With a focus on early intervention and risk mitigation, the group plays a crucial role in preserving value and supporting sustainable business outcomes.
Good contacts, and some following is required and there is plenty of work to tap into across the national network. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for business development and a strong track of client relationship management.
