- Expertise in enterprise architecture design and principles
- Strong experience in Security, Integration, and Technical architecture
- Experience working in multi-supplier environments
- Experience leading architectural governance including TDA
- Knowledge of data, UI, and integration technologies; problem-solving in architecture and design
- Leadership experience with senior architects
- Experience developing business transformation roadmaps with end-to-end solution design
- Knowledge of solutions like customer IDAM, integration strategy, release, and data migration strategies
- Ability to optimize costs while maintaining IT integrity
- Experience governing architectural deliverables from suppliers
- Proven track record in delivering transformation programs
