I am currently working with an operator looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Head of Operations to take full responsibility for five key London sites (each generating between £75k–£120k in weekly sales).
In this role, you’ll work closely with the MD and the Head Office team to drive standards, profitability, and continued growth across the business.
This company is modern, creative, and at the top of its game in the hospitality sector, serving exceptional cocktails and great food in fun, vibrant settings. Over the past five years, the group has grown to five sites, and with an exciting roll-out plan in place, including expansion outside of London, they are now seeking a senior operator to lead the way.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key part in shaping a business as it enters its next phase. There’s genuine autonomy, and they are looking for someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on energy.
The ideal Head of Operations
- Currently in a senior Operations or Ideally Director level background in central London, essential you are managing a quality branded Hospitality group
- Financially astute, entrepreneurial style of management, working directly with the owner and responsible for acquisitions, negotiations, branding plan, all openings and profitability
- You must love the industry! They are looking for someone on a long-term bases, very much as a partner rather than an employee
