Job Title: Stores Operative- Ballykelly Site Reporting to: Warehouse Manager Business / Division: TES Group Location: Ballykelly Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, Negotiable depending on experience Benefits: 30 days holidays per year Company pension Company Life Insurance Scheme Working Hours: 8am – 5.00pm Monday-Thursday | 8am to 2pm Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Comply with Departmental KPI\’s 2. Assist the purchasing department in controlling and administering the receipt and/or return of supplies. 3. Ensuring all Tools/ Equipment are signed out and returned as required 4. Checking of delivery notes to ensure they correctly describe product/service supplied. 5. Ensure accuracy of paperwork and SAGE information for all goods in Stores 6. Track and monitor and organise stock levels as required by Workshop demand. 7. Track and monitor and organise stock levels as required by Site demand. 8. Report all problems, concerns, incidents & accidents to management promptly, 9. Identification and implementation of solution/improvements/preventative action where possible. 10. Forklift truck driving as required. 11. Assist in the Company\’s health and safety efforts by maintaining a good level of housekeeping and considering health and safety at all times. 12. Prepare & present information to assist in ISO9001 / ISO14001 & OHSAS18001. 13. Use Company vehicles in accordance with Road Traffic Order & Company Drivers Policy. 14. Perform security duties – gates / bollards etc. 15. Procure & deliver PPE to employees. 16. Liaise closely with accounts department and assist in financial audits. 17. Key holder duties. 18.
