Drive workforce planning, talent pipeline building and acquisition, recruiting, succession planning, and change management processes. Hold team members to high performance standards and manage rigorously.
- Sales Leadership – Drive business growth by leading sales planning and strategies to achieve revenue and health targets. Set direction, create vision, and develop effective client plans. Develop and socialize client engagement strategies targeting C-Suite advertisers. Leverage knowledge of Microsoft’s product landscape, solutions, and strategy to meet customer needs.
- Sales Excellence – Hold team accountable for forecasting sales revenue within their portfolios. Define expectations, manage pipeline, assess risks, and align strategies with business priorities. Share best practices to optimize sales efforts and reduce customer complexity.
- Industry Knowledge – Maintain expert understanding of digital media platforms, industry trends, and Microsoft strategies. Be a visible advocate of Microsoft and Microsoft Advertising in the industry.
- Customer Satisfaction – Develop strategies for long-term customer satisfaction and business growth. Manage stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, and address dissatisfaction to improve service quality.
- Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer opportunities. Lead account conversations, evaluate performance, and identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications : Master\’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field with experience in sales, advertising, marketing, or driving business growth. Alternatively, Bachelor\’s Degree with similar experience, or equivalent experience. Digital marketing experience is essential. Formal people management experience is required.
- Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the Financial Services industry and a C-Level network within this industry.
