We\’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Performance & Growth Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our colleagues across Zepz to achieve their full potential, ensuring high performance, and championing continuous learning and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about people and looking to make a tangible impact in a rapidly growing fintech environment.

What you\’ll do (approx. 60% Performance, 40% Learning & Development):

Performance Enablement (60%):

  • Performance Philosophy: Embed Zepz performance philosophy through continued stakeholder management, comms, engagement, upskilling.
  • Performance Projects: Play an active role in creation and execution of key performance projects.
  • Performance Cycle: Manage and engage with key stakeholders (incl. Exco/SLT/PBP’s) to scale up the end-to-end management of Zepz\’s performance review cycles, including simplification, setting up systems, preparing communications, and providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Goal Setting & Tracking: Support colleagues in understanding and setting clear, measurable personal objectives that align with team and company OKRs. Help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Coaching & Feedback: Work alongside People Partners to guide managers and employees on effective performance conversations, constructive feedback delivery, and building performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Data & Insights: Develop and take talent dashboard to the next level. Analyse performance data to identify trends, highlight successes, and pinpoint areas for targeted intervention or development initiatives.
  • Recognition & Reward: Support initiatives that promote a culture of recognition and high performance, contributing to a positive and motivating work environment.

Learning & Development (40%):

  • Learning Needs Identification: Partner with People Partners and team leads to identify skill gaps and development needs across departments.
  • Future Skill Requirements: Define future skills needed for future roles and strategies and complete skill gap analysis between current and future state.
  • Resource Curation: Create innovative learning interventions. Research, curate, and promote a range of blended learning resources (e.g., online courses, articles, learning office hours, internal experts) that align with Zepz\’s strategic priorities and individual development goals.
  • Development Program Support: Coordination and delivery of internal training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Contribute to creating content for and enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the foundational knowledge and tools for success.
  • Career Growth Pathways: Support the communication and understanding of internal career progression opportunities and development frameworks.
  • Learning interventions:Measuring ROI and business impact through Peakon and feedback surveys.

What you\’ll bring:

  • Experience in an HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development role, ideally within a fast-paced technology or product environment.
  • A strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
  • An eagerness to learn about and contribute to learning & development strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in using data to inform decisions.
  • Intellectually curious, takes initiative, Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • A keen interest in the fintech industry and Zepz\’s mission to empower global communities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace applications.

  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
  • Exposure to international or diverse workforces.
  • Experience with specific performance management or L&D platforms.
