In the role of Head of Product Management, you\’re at the center of driving our growth and expansion. You\’ll lead with a proven track record in the industry, focusing on understanding customers, solving their problems, and exceeding their expectations. Your visionary approach will drive product success from start to finish.
Your primary task is to turn our strategic goals into products that demonstrate ‘must-have’ value to our customers. You will design and execute a product marketing strategy, aiming to not just meet but exceed customer needs. As an expert in business to business engagement, you will also demonstrate an authentic understanding of our customer’s customer. The end-consumer landscape should inform our proposition, showing a deep understanding of our customer’s challenge. Your leadership will extend to building a strong Product Management and Marketing team, fostering curiosity, innovation, and efficiency.
You\’ll be instrumental in advocating for modern and agile product delivery methods, driving improvements company-wide. Effective communication, data-driven decision-making, and prioritizing impactful opportunities & outcomes will be your guiding principles. Leading cross-functional teams, motivating external partners, and championing customer-focused innovation, you\’ll transform a trusted brand into an industry leader.
Accountabilities
Strategic Product Vision: Translate strategic goals into revenue-maximizing products, guiding the entire product lifecycle from conception to market success.
Global Marketing Strategy:Design and execute a compelling marketing strategy to position the business for rapid, large-scale growth, reaching and exceeding customer expectations.
Team Leadership:Develop and inspire a high-impact Product Management and Marketing function, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Advocate Effective Practices:Instil modern, agile product delivery methods, driving continuous improvement across the company to enhance impact and productivity.
Effective Communication:Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, making data-driven tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
Data-Driven Prioritization:Use data to prioritize high-impact opportunities, energizing teams to experiment and learn.
Cross-Functional Leadership:Provide leadership for cross-functional teams, motivating external partners to excel and managing competing priorities in a dynamic technical environment.
Customer-Centric Innovation:Act as the voice of the customer, shaping innovative solutions that address their needs.
