French & English speaking Executive Assistant
📍 Remote-first (UK-based, with occasional travel to London)

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a French-speaking Executive Assistant to join a specialist events agency in Financial Services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established team and play an integral role in their growth.
You’ll be supporting the Chief Operating Officer, taking on a role that goes far beyond classic EA duties. From diary management to finance, HR, and project coordination, you’ll gain exposure across the business and work directly with senior leadership in a supportive, international, remote-first environment.
What you’ll do
- Provide high-level support to the COO with calendar, inbox, travel and project coordination
- Assist with finance and operations: invoices, expenses, contracts and supplier management
- Support onboarding, HR processes and team logistics
- Take ownership of operational and strategic projects as the business scales
What we’re looking for:
- Native-level French with fluent English
- 2–3 years’ EA or business support experience (events background a bonus, not essential)
- Experience with financial support tasks (reconciliation, P&L tracking, reporting)
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and adaptable
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, international team
