You will drive the team’s technical strategy, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile products that align with our business goals. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will mentor and inspire a talented group of mobile engineers, empowering them to scale our mobile platform and create transformative user experiences. This role will be Hybrid, based in our London office 2 days a week. Create an inclusive, high-performance culture that encourages ownership and autonomy. Ensure that our systems maintain high performance and reliability , including improvements to page load times and system performance . Work across multiple business units , navigating cross-functional dependencies and ensuring alignment with broader company goals. 5+ years of software engineering experience , ideally in scalable distributed systems . Comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions with engineers and improving system performance metrics. The team includes engineers across London, Dublin, Germany, and New York , so remote leadership skills are a plus.
