The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Panel Design Engineer to lead complex control panel projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high standards across design, build, and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of LV control panels to industry and client standards
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Manage multiple design projects and resources

- Oversee workshop build and commissioning support

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial control panel design
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, drives, and sensors
- Familiar with NEC, IEC, UL standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
