UK & Ireland Customer Supply Chain Director
Location: Battersea, London / Hybrid β 3 days in the office
As part of our growth, we seek a UK & Ireland Customer Supply Chain Director to join our EMEA Operations team. This key leadership role involves driving supply chain excellence, fostering retailer partnerships, and supporting international expansion initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional supply chain operations to enable growth and deliver exceptional service to consumers and retail partners.
- Develop and maintain integrated retailer partnerships to meet operational metrics (product availability, service, cost).
- Manage monthly order and shipment plans to achieve revenue targets, addressing risks and opportunities proactively.
- Streamline processes across channels to eliminate inefficiencies and improve service levels.
- Enhance order management tools, technologies, and reporting in collaboration with global teams and retailers.
- Support demand planning and commercial teams with forecasting and new product launches.
- Drive operational initiatives across markets and channels, including international market entry readiness.
