Job Description:
The Principal NetSuite Consultant is a senior delivery expert responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems. This individual brings deep techno-functional expertise, hands-on Suite Script development skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex technical and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery of NetSuite ERP projects.
- Lead SuiteScript development: scripts, workflows, custom forms, fields, dashboards.
- Manage complex data migrations, custom reports, and mass data processing.
- Coordinate functional and technical discovery sessions with clients.
- Create detailed technical documentation, flow diagrams, and integration specs.
- Oversee system testing, deployment, and post-go-live issue resolution.
- Drive system performance tuning, error troubleshooting, and scalability improvements.
- Mentor functional and technical consultants across projects.
Required Qualifications :
- 8–10 years ERP implementation experience, with 5+ years in NetSuite.
- Expert-level skills in Suite Script, workflows, and NetSuite configuration.
- Experience with integrations involving CRM, Accounting, Inventory, or eCommerce systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on delivery track record.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and fast-paced environments.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of NetSuite performance optimization and API use.
