About the role;
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Estate Management team on a 10 months Fixed-term maternity cover basis. This role will be crucial in supporting our Estate Managers, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, while helping to maintain the smooth operation of the team.
You will be directly supporting the Estate Managers on various activities, including Choice sales, quotes, orders, invoicing, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure that our small format estate runs seamlessly. This role is based in our Soho London office with some travel to Dartford as and when needed.
What you’ll be doing…
- Provide key administrative support to Estate Managers, ensuring smooth operations across the small format estate
- Assist with reporting and analysis of Estate Management activities and contract performance
- Raise Choice quotes, orders, and invoices, liaising with the Construction team on delivery schedules and addressing issues impacting the Choice build programme
- Manage internal and external correspondence and queries, ensuring efficient delivery of administrative functions within relevant timescales
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, escalating where necessary to the relevant departments (e.g., Digital Support, Poster Management, Construction Management, HS&E)
- Organise meetings, manage filing systems, and provide other essential administrative duties
- Build positive working relationships with all team members and contribute consistently to team sessions and business goals
