Your Impact
As a participant in our two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will engage in client work similar to other McKinsey consultants, focusing on problem-solving, analysis, and recommendations. You will develop operational and consulting skills through on-the-job coaching and structured training in areas such as manufacturing, product development, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Upon completing the program, successful consultants join our global network of operational excellence experts. You will be based in one of our European offices, working across industries and service lines to help clients achieve operational excellence.

- Master’s degree and exceptional academic record
