A highly established, innovative, and dynamic boutique finance firm based in the heart of the West End is currently seeking a bright, tenacious, and capable Executive Assistant to support an MD and their wider team of 15. This is a 3-month temporary role starting as soon as possible in July 2025. Note: This role has the potential to become a permanent position after the initial period, with the possibility of relocation to Dubai. Managing travel arrangements, which are travel-heavy (approximately 80%), including complex itineraries with strict approval policies and frequent changes. Supporting the MD in private equity activities by managing their diary and meetings. Providing additional diary support to the wider team and performing usual core administrative duties, such as binding and event planning.
