The Role
We’re looking for an Account Director who knows their way around the world of cars, bikes, motorsport, or performance-led lifestyle brands. Whether you’ve worked with automotive manufacturers or anything in between, if you get this space and know how to turn strategy into standout creative work, this role is for you.
You’ll be joining a creatively driven agency that’s all about producing smart, culturally aware campaigns for clients who want to make a real impact. This is a chance to lead one of their key accounts and work with a brilliant, collaborative team across strategy, creative, production, and more.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day client relationships as the main point of contact across key accounts, building trust and guiding clients through creative strategy, delivery, and performance.
- Oversee influencer and social campaigns from start to finish, from briefing and creative direction to content approvals, logistics, and reporting.
- Work hand-in-hand with creatives, strategists, and producers to keep timelines moving and projects on track.
- Define the 'why' behind every campaign, making sure content not only looks great but delivers results.
- Knowing what’s landing on TikTok, YouTube, or IG is a must. You’ll bring fresh ideas and help clients stay ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Director (or Senior Account Manager ready to step up).
- Strong understanding of how to build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and content.
- A team player who brings positive energy, perspective, and a collaborative approach.
- A strategic thinker who can brief and shape creative, with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
- Great with clients, confident leading meetings, and quick on your feet when things change.
- Background in automotive, motorsport, bikes, or another relevant lifestyle sector is a plus.
