Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will join a growing business with a strong marketing presence and be responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy to take them to the next level. You will also be instrumental in building a high-performing marketing team and collaborating across departments to achieve measurable success in customer acquisition, product marketing, and market positioning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business goals, driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Build scalable demand generation programs across multiple channels to support pipeline growth and sales targets.
- Develop & create a best-in-class marketing team.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure and optimise performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Elevate our brand identity, drive thought leadership initiatives, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is cost-effective and maximizes ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience delivering a Marketing strategy within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Expertise in demand generation, creative marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales and product teams.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for optimising campaign performance.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing is a plus.
