We are looking for an exceptional Reservations Advisor to join us on a Fixed Term Contract in the Beauty Department. Based in our contact centre at Harrods Headquarters in Hammersmith, this office-based role involves taking bookings for all Hair and Beauty treatments in our Knightsbridge store.

About the Role

The Reservations Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and results through exceptional experience. The role is primarily based in our contact centre, handling call centre administration duties, bookings, and inquiries via telephone and email. Occasionally, support may be needed at our Harrods Knightsbridge store reception within the Hair and Beauty department.

This role requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask with IT systems accurately within the contact centre.

Key tasks include:

  1. Booking customers into the Hair & Beauty Salon using the appointment system
  2. Maintaining the appointment calendar and updating it with any changes
  3. Advising clients on suitable treatments based on their needs

About You

Prior experience in a similar setting such as a Spa, Salon, Health Club, Medi-Spa, or Aesthetic Clinic is preferred. You should be able to build rapport, be discreet, and empathetic when discussing sensitive topics.

You will also:

  • Be highly organized and capable of managing calls and emails while navigating booking systems
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well in a team and be eager to learn
  • Understand excellent customer service principles and deliver them
  • Be able to convert leads and promote retail sales by effectively communicating treatments and products
