The Cadogan Arms are seeking an exceptional General Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed pub group.

The Position
As General Manager at The Cadogan Arms, you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience. You will be the heart of the business, driving success through exceptional leadership and a relentless focus on excellence. You will embody our values by delivering the greatest welcome to every guest, creating a culture where both staff and guests feel valued and inspired.
The successful General Manager will have:
- At least 3 years previous experience as a General Manager in a premium, high volume restaurant or pub;
- Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
- Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
- Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage;
- Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning pub group.
