Director of Solutions Architecture – Cisco, Microsoft & Cloud – £120K-£140K + shares + bonus – London / Hybrid

Do you want to work for £100m IT Solutions Provider, looking to grow to £200m over the next 5 years – As the Director of Solutions Architecture; lead and evolve an established team of Presales Solutions Architects, ensuring that every aspect of pre-sales engagements, solution propositions, presentations, demos, scope of works, and bid responses meet the highest quality standards while addressing both technical and commercial customer requirements.

You will have a proven track record of navigating the challenges associated with business growth, bringing your valuable experience and insights to driving innovation & strategy across solutions architecture. With an excellent background in both Microsoft and Cisco technologies but be vendor-agnostic at the core.

  • Bring innovation, strategy, and solutions across Presales solutions architecture
  • Be the solutions evangelist across tech from a solutions architecture perspective – across the Pre-Sales team and for the business
  • Proven industry expertise with a notable reputation and experience in our space.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a growing, technically adept pre-sales team
  • Strong knowledge of the IT landscape with a focus on enterprise IT solutions and services, with strong Cisco and Microsoft experience, yet vendor-agnostic
  • Extensive experience in conducting pre-sales activities, including requirement scoping and estimation and go-to-market
  • Competence in presenting to internal and external clients at C-suite and management level
  • Experience in designing resources and services and managing services-led opportunities.
