You\’ll have plenty of experience in one or more areas of people and change, a clear vision of what behavioural science can do to make it better, and the ability to bring on new projects and partners to grow our business and research output. Your experience in everything from identifying and developing new partnerships, to delivering culture change projects, to tracking down the world\’s best talent will give you a head start on making an short-term impact, while you contribute to our longer-term vision in the years to come. An experienced business developer with a strong network in org change and the ability to find new partners, engage people with unfamiliar ideas, and turn them into high-quality research and real-world impact. An experienced sponsor of consulting engagements or internal projects within large organisations, preferably in people and change or a periphery domain (risk, communications, corporate social responsibility etc.) A passion for behavioural science and the power of experimentation, preferably underpinned by a MSc, PhD or equivalent, but it\’s okay if you need to be supported with technical expertise.
