The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Property litigation inhouse roles do not come up very often and this is opportunity, with a leading UK property management company, is not to be missed.

Working within a well structured legal team the role will involve: handling a case load of property litigationincluding all stages of disputes (pre-litigation to trial/hearing) – with supervision as needed; liaising with external solicitors/Counsel; advising internal teams on property legislation and regulatory compliance and drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, procedures, and policies.

Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector, or another property organisation, and have a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience. Experience and a deep understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential long leasehold properties are also important as is excellent attention to detail, integrity, organisation, and ability to work under pressure.

The role is full time and the company has an excellent hybrid working policy – work life balance is highly valued and staff expected to be in the office only 2 days a week.
