KFH Senior Lettings Negotiator – London BridgeThis role is within KFH, part of the Lomond group, London\’s largest property services group. We offer lettings, sales, block management, surveying and financial services with a focus on exceptional service, collaboration and integrity.

Pay RangeBase pay range: £28,500 – £35,000 (exact pay based on experience). Pay range details are provided by Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.

What the role looks likeAs a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will be the face of KFH for landlords and tenants. You will guide clients from initial enquiry through to tenancy completion, ensuring a seamless experience. You will also act as a role model within the team, supporting colleagues and driving branch success.

Responsibilities

Register and qualify applicants and landlords, ensuring accurate details in our CRM system.

Conduct property viewings and provide timely feedback to landlords.

Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords to secure successful tenancies.

Generate new business through proactive outreach and local market knowledge.

Advise clients on lettings legislation, compliance and KFH\’s full range of services.

Support and coach less experienced team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record as an experienced lettings negotiator, ideally within the London market.

Excellent customer service and strong negotiation skills.

Clear and confident communication – face‐to‐face, phone and email.

Proactive, can‐do attitude with drive to meet and exceed targets.

Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance requirements.

NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (or equivalent) desirable.
