In this Group, you\’ll help drive the company\’s core metrics, Activation, Engagement, Monetization, and more, by spotting and building smart growth opportunities. You\’ll work end-to-end on features across client and server, using data, experimentation, and proven growth strategies to make real impact across key areas of our product. Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Central London office (Tottenham Court Road). Work closely with Product, Design, and Analysis, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Data Analysis and Insights – Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making. Experimentation and Optimization – Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels, driving continuous improvements. Technical Implementation – Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, such as AI, Growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, integration of marketing tools, and more… Performance Tracking and Reporting – Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on growth initiatives\’ performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders. User Experience Enhancement – Identify areas for improvement in the user experience and implement strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
