Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander\’s global division that supports some of the world\’s most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customised services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
In this interesting, interim role within the Financial Control team, you’ll be helping provide value added Management Information (MI) and analysis to the Senior Executives in London and Madrid.You’ll work closely with the wider team to help consolidate and analyse MI for all CIB products and produce reports for Senior Management.

The difference you’ll make:

Collating and analysing monthly income, margin and balance sheet information from all Santander areas to produce Board and Senior packs

Managing the month end reporting cycle to meet reporting and analysis requirements in accordance with appropriate financial controls

Reconciling results between UK statutory and the group views, understanding and explaining any adjustments required

Working with the local and global Finance teams to ensure alignment of Management Information

Previous experience in a Financial Control position within Banking

High degree of proficiency with Excel

This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 3 days a week (pro-rata for part-time roles).
