Senior Capital Projects Manager – NHS Band 8a

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Management professional or Architect to join the Capital Development Team within the Estates & Facilities Division at Leighton Hospital, Crewe. The team is working on a substantial Estates Capital Programme, primarily focused on RAAC risk mitigation and refurbishment works.
Reporting to the Head of Capital Development, you will be responsible for delivering key projects within the Trustβs Capital Programme by managing a team of Capital Project Managers. You will collaborate with all sections of the Estates and Facilities Division and liaise with Trust staff and other project professionals. Additionally, you will deputise for the Head of Capital Development as needed.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated building Project Manager or Architect with experience in managing a team, design, project management, and strategic management. If you enjoy a challenge and are looking for a varied and fulfilling role, we would like to hear from you.
