Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of GameTime . This is a fully remote role, working closely with global teams across Product, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to enhance the product, ensure strong market adoption, and expand Duetto's presence in the limited-service hotel segment. Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for GameTime, ensuring alignment with Duetto's overall mission and customer needs.
- Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis to understand the pricing and revenue management challenges of limited-service hotels, refining GameTime to address these needs effectively.
- Product Development: Work with engineering and design teams to develop new features, improve automation, and enhance usability for limited-service hotel operators.
- Customer Engagement: Gather direct customer feedback, identify pain points, and validate product enhancements to ensure GameTime delivers measurable value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, support go-to-market strategies, and improve the customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics for GameTime, using data-driven insights to iterate and enhance the product.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably within the hospitality technology sector or enterprise SaaS.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with revenue management systems and the unique needs of limited-service hotels is a strong plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed product decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, partners, and customers.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with engineering teams to evaluate product implementation approaches, balance trade-offs, and break down technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
