Job Description
As theHead of Projects, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of projects across our ecommerce operations. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives—from infrastructure changes to automation rollouts and network expansions—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence through structured project delivery.
The Details
- Lead the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle across our supply chain
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and PMO professionals
- Define and implement project governance frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Oversee project portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Ensure alignment of all projects with strategic business objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and finance
- Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Present project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery quality, and speed.
- Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all project activities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the project team

Qualifications
About You
- Educational background in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Extensive project management experience, coupled with a strong background in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site projects in logistics or ecommerce
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is highly desireable
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI)
- Experience with portfolio management and strategic planning
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
