About The Role

As our first VP of Partnerships, you will play a crucial leadership role in TravelPerk’s growth journey. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will own our global partnerships strategy, focusing on developing and expanding our network of reseller, referral, and integration partners, especially in verticals like HR technology and expense management. Your goal is to help us grow from $250 million to $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.

This role requires a partnerships leader with a strong ability to build and scale functions, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Barcelona or London, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive product adoption, market reach, and revenue growth, fostering a culture of ownership, commercial acumen, and collaboration. Your impact will shape a European tech success story transforming business travel.

What You Will Do

  1. Set the vision and strategy for partnerships : Define how partnerships support our growth and create scalable models for global markets.
  2. Build a high-performing partner channel : Structure and grow our network of reseller, referral, and co-sell partners, managing key metrics like partner-sourced revenue and integration adoption.
  3. Build and lead a world-class team : Hire, coach, and develop a partnerships team focused on ownership, commercial results, and collaboration, setting clear goals and providing necessary support.
  4. Expand into new verticals and regions : Identify new opportunities and develop partnerships to strengthen our market position and accelerate customer acquisition.
  5. Collaborate across the business : Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute partnership initiatives, develop business cases, and align go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven success in structuring and scaling revenue-generating partnerships, including reseller, referral, co-sell, and integration models.
  • Hands-on experience closing complex partnerships and operationalizing them.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
  • Global experience, especially in European and North American markets.
  • Leadership skills to build and develop high-performing teams.
