Trainee Lettings Negotiator Our client, one of Manchester\’s leading property developers are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team. There are very exciting growth plans to add thousands of units over the next few years. More stock means more lets! This is your chance to break into the world of property, blending sales with hands-on experience in lettings. You\’ll work closely with seasoned negotiators and marketers, qualifying leads, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It\’s the perfect launchpad for a rewarding career, with a clear path to becoming a Lettings Negotiator Trainee Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities: Add leads to the Dynamics CRM system from various channels (portals, website, social media, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email, affiliates, and database). Be the first point of contact for inbound calls. Respond to Live Chat and WhatsApp enquiries. Qualify leads by contacting them via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure they are ready for negotiators.
