We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Director to lead and develop our Commercial Valuation team in London. This is a key role within a high-performing department, offering the opportunity to work on a wide variety of valuation instructions and grow client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through existing contacts and proactive outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and key market stakeholders.
- Oversee and process valuation instructions, ensuring high-quality client delivery.
- Support team leadership by mentoring junior colleagues and reviewing reports.
- Deliver valuation reports independently and maintain direct client contact.
- Ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement in client service delivery.
- Represent the full range of property services to prospective and existing clients.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the valuation function.
Essential Skills and Experience
