This role is perfect for someone with head-of-growth level experience, ideally with a strong background in scaling start-ups or challenger brands . This includes developing strategies, conducting analyses, managing client accounts on paid social, and collaborating closely with the internal team of creative strategists, media buyers, creative production staff, and data engineers to execute and test innovative growth initiatives. Strategy, analysis, and responsibility for the day-to-day management of their client accounts (paid social). Working closely with their internal client team of creative strategists, media buyers, creative production, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will be someone who has been directly responsible for growing at least one start-up or challenger brand. They will have significant experience in growing paid social accounts from small spend to big spend. You will play a vital role in this journey, collaborating closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and data engineers to deliver impactful results for their clients. They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 1 day a week working from home (can be more flexible as and when needed).
