Job Description
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Cross Border (FX) Senior Manager to join our global Visa team at Visa. This role is responsible for originating, managing, and growing FX revenue from clients in the cross-border payments space, including payment service providers (PSPs), fintechs, remittance companies, global merchants, banks, and neobanks. You will deliver cross border solutions that support seamless, compliant, and efficient global payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a portfolio of payments-sector clients, offering tailored FX solutions that support their cross-border transaction needs.
• Promote FX payment products including cash, tom, and spot contracts, to PSPs, fintechs, and remittance clients.
• Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to integrate FX capabilities into client payment flows (e.g., via API, portal, and payment files)
• Consult with clients on FX payment processes, pricing strategies, and market timing to optimize execution and reduce volatility.
• Collaborate with internal FX trading and liquidity teams to deliver competitive pricing and efficient execution.
• Track performance metrics to drive revenue growth and product adoption across key accounts.
• Ensure all client interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards, particularly those relevant to payment flows.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, currency conversion flows, and
transaction-level FX.
• Experience with FX pricing engines, APIs, and integration with client payment
systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, EMIs, MSBs, AML/KYC)
in the payments industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain
complex FX concepts clearly.
• Results-oriented with strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
