Job Description

Digital Product at ASOS

We're recently completed an exciting digital transformation journey, evolving our Digital Product team and processes with a powerful new way of working that places our digital products at the heart of our business. We are now seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join our Product-Led Organisation. These roles span various squads, focusing either internal and external initiatives, as we 'Evolve ASOS beyond 'just' an eCommerce retailer'.

We currently receive over 2.5 billion visits annually, more than 23 million active customers, and over 50 million unique visitors monthly. This creates a highly committed and exciting environment with opportunities to develop best-in-class digital products.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be the focal point of a dedicated and cross-functional squad setting big, ambitious goals, and you'll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. You'll have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude and relish the autonomous culture. As a natural storyteller, you'll build solid narratives and will take your stakeholders on the journey throughout.

The Details

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Search team. This is an exciting role, where you'll be responsible for driving the strategy for our onsite search experience. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of ASOS customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our onsite search experience, ensuring alignment with ASOS's overall business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product design, third party suppliers and other product development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.
  • Customer Focus: Utilise customer insights and data to identify customer problems and inform product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with various stakeholders across the business to define and refine your plan and execute it effectively.
  • Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of features, continuously optimising for better performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Set the standard for how things are done, mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the
