Set and execute the strategic direction for the Skill Family with a focus on building future-fit capabilities in Operations and Sustainability, aligned to enterprise-wide L&D strategy. Lead annual planning and prioritization of L&D initiatives across the Skill Family, ensuring alignment with operational transformation agendas and global business priorities. Provide thought leadership in skills-based learning and help embed a skills-first mindset in key operational areas. The Skills & Learning team is driving the LEGO Group’s transformation into a future-ready, skills-based organization. As Head of Skill Family Build & Sustainability, you will play a central role in enabling the skills agenda across our global Operations teams — from manufacturing and supply chain to engineering and sustainability. You’ll shape how we build and scale learning interventions that drive performance, support transformation, and bring our sustainability ambitions to life.
