Position Description
Leading practice is seeking to recruit a solicitor for their regulatory department. In this post, you will act for a range of commercial and professional clients, advising on investigations and professional misconduct proceedings; regulatory enforcement and appeals against decisions; and criminal investigations and prosecutions.
The Department deals with a mixture of privately-funded and insurance-funded work. While regulatory experience is an advantage, the firm are keen to talk to criminal solicitors interested in exploring new areas of law.
