Our client, a high-growth consumer wellness startup, is looking for a Co-Founder (CMO) to lead and scale their D2C business. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a brand with clear traction, differentiated products and strong investor backing.

About You

Proven D2C leader with experience owning growth across acquisition, retention, brand and product
Commercial mindset with full P&L ownership and strategic decision-making skills
Hands-on operator, equally confident with data, creative and team leadership
Skilled across paid social, influencer marketing, lifecycle and content strategy
Strong across Shopify, GA4, CRM platforms and analytics tools
Bonus points for experience with subscriptions, launching new products, or geographic expansion
